As a mindfulness teacher and practitioner, I help people find energy and passion within themselves.

I work with organizations, schools and other community groups to help people create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial. I offer in-person workshops and video calls, where we will learn ways to bring mindfulness in our daily lives in order to face life’s challenges with grace and ease. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future goals towards true happiness.
